  • Due 1st of each month

  • Includes Administrative Processing Fee (6%)

  • Total Program Fee: $28,620

  • $1620 deposit secures your enrollment

Quarterly Payments

  • $2172.50 Quarterly (12 payments over 3 years)

  • Due January 1, April 1, July 1, October 1

  • Includes Administrative Processing Fee (3%)

  • Total Program Fee: $27,810

  • $1740 deposit secures your enrollment

Annual Payment

  • $8,333 Annually (3 payments over 3 years)

Application Fee

To complete your application for the Helix Training Program, a $65 non-refundable processing fee is required. This fee supports the administrative review of all applications.

General Guidelines

Ensuring compassion and program sustainability

At Helix Institute, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we are here to support you during those times. However, we also commit substantial resources to ensure the quality and continuity of our program for all participants. To balance compassion with sustainability, our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent.

Policy Considerations

Refunds for all payment plans—monthly, quarterly, and annual—will be calculated based on the following considerations:

  • Program Setup and Operations:
    From the time you secure your enrollment, Helix invests in administrative efforts, technology platforms, and logistical preparation essential to ensure the program runs smoothly and effectively for all students. 

  • Impact on Other Students:
    Your enrollment secures a place in our program, which may prevent others from joining. Cohort sizes are limited to foster a deeply immersive experience, making it essential to maintain balance and commitment.

  • Instructor Time and Cohort Planning: Our instructors thoughtfully design and prepare for each cohort. Once a student is enrolled, their participation is integrated into the structure and flow of the program, requiring advance planning and adjustment of resources.

  • Access to Resources and Curriculum: Upon enrollment, students are granted access to extensive course materials and resources, reflecting a significant investment of time, effort, and intellectual property by our team of instructors and staff.

Deposit

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your place in the Helix Training Program. This deposit is applied to your total tuition and reflects our commitment to reserving your space, along with the upfront costs associated with enrollment.

Refund Policy for All Payment Plans

This policy applies equally to Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Payment Plans.

  • Within the First 30 Days of Enrollment:
    If you withdraw within the first 30 days of your enrollment, you will receive a 70% refund of your paid installment (monthly, quarterly, or annual). This allows us to cover initial program costs and resource allocation while honoring your investment in the program.

  • After 30 Days but Before 60 Days:
    If you withdraw between 31 and 60 days, you will receive a 50% refund of your paid installment. This reflects the cost of course materials, instructor preparation, and other resources dedicated to supporting your progress in the program.

  • After 60 Days:
    After 60 days, no refunds will be issued for the current installment. At this point, the majority of resources have been allocated, and we are well into the core curriculum of the program.

How to Request a Refund

If you need to withdraw from the program and request a refund:

  • Email our team at admin@helixheaingcollective.com.

  • Include your full name and reason for withdrawal.

  • Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving the request.
