Within the First 30 Days of Enrollment:
If you withdraw within the first 30 days of your enrollment, you will receive a 70% refund of your paid installment (monthly, quarterly, or annual). This allows us to cover initial program costs and resource allocation while honoring your investment in the program.After 30 Days but Before 60 Days:
If you withdraw between 31 and 60 days, you will receive a 50% refund of your paid installment. This reflects the cost of course materials, instructor preparation, and other resources dedicated to supporting your progress in the program.After 60 Days:
After 60 days, no refunds will be issued for the current installment. At this point, the majority of resources have been allocated, and we are well into the core curriculum of the program.

Helix administration processing fees are 3% for quarterly plans and 6% for monthly plans. They help cover the costs associated with managing payments securely and efficiently. We strive to keep these fees transparent and minimal.

Absolutely! We welcome students from around the world. Online classes are recorded for those who cannot attend live, and in-person training will be offered in the U.S. and Bali for greater accessibility.

No, the Helix Training Program is uniquely designed to offer a specific therapeutic approach. The immersive nature of the program is essential for the comprehensive learning experience.

The curriculum includes mandatory in-person immersions. You may select either two 4-day weekends in the U.S. or an 8-day immersion in Bali. To complete the in-person component, students must attend either the U.S. immersions or the Bali immersion. Helix does not cover air and travel expenses for these immersions. Students are welcomed to attend more than the requirement but at an additional cost.

We are two registered 501(c)3 organizations: Helix Institute, which provides psychospiritual counseling training and classes, and Helix Healing Collective, which functions as a secular church that ordains graduates and hosts various online programs and community gatherings.

Upon completion of The Helix Training Program, you can become a minister and/or legally certified and authorized Helix Institute Practitioner, with the ability to incorporate psycho-spiritual interventions in therapeutic practices into your chosen career.

Our team includes administrative staff, directors, advisors, and trustees, comprised of Helix founders, former faculty, and graduates. We will introduce more team members on our website as we continue to grow.
