Teaching Collaborator: Mindfulness, empowerment, BIPOC healing spaces, and women’s moon circles
I live by the mantra that the collective well-being of humanity is intricately intertwined. For me, the essence lies in the interconnectedness of suffering and healing—when one of us suffers, it affects us all; when one of us heals, we all rise together.
As a yoga teacher, speaker, wisdom mentor, and humanitarian, I channel my energy into creating boundless possibilities, especially within marginalized communities worldwide. My transformative speeches have taken me to international stages like Mindvalley’s A-Fest, BaliSpirit Festival, and the Caribbean Yoga Conference, as well as virtual platforms such as the Shift Summit and Soulvana, a Mindvalley hub for mindfulness workshops and classes.
My journey has been deeply shaped by my firsthand experiences with crises. During my years as a disaster response specialist with the United Nations, I witnessed profound global trauma. Yet my most humbling moment came when I faced my own crisis, bringing me to my knees and catalyzing my own transformation.
I am a passionate advocate for diversity, inclusion, gender equity, intersectionality, and personal development. My voice is a call to action, resonating with those ready to embrace positive change and co-create a more equitable world.
