FACULTY
Mary Cordelia Myers
Teaching Collaborator
My personal commitment is to help create a peaceful and loving world by spreading tools and support for healing and empowerment as widely as possible.
I bridge the gap between spiritual and scientific ways of understanding the human experience, creating entry points that allow all people to access powerful and effective ways of healing, so they can truly thrive.
My work is a culmination of my experience as a mindfulness teacher, trauma therapist, and teacher. It is informed by my training in the Helix Program, Somatic Experiencing, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, Deliberate Neuroplasticity, and more than a decade as a student of Thich Nhat Hahn. I also bring the sensibility of being a part of the LGBT community. I consider the Helix training to have been one of the most powerful and important experiences of my life.
I have been in private practice since 2005, and in the last 10 years have also created a series of online programs to bring the work of healing to as many people as possible and to make it affordable to all. I call this work Blissipline.
I am the founder of The Blissipline Method, which pulls together the best tools from Neuroscience, Mindfulness, Somatic Healing, Positive Psychology and Spiritual practices, and presents them in accessible, repeatable formats. The goal of The Blissipline Method is to create a radical shift in our world by empowering five million self-supporting communities in which the tools of wellbeing are practiced, honed, and made available to everyone who needs them.
