I am a graduate of The Helix Training Program and a certified Life and Spiritual Coach through the ICF-accredited Life Purpose Institute. Over the years, I’ve earned additional certifications in Kundalini Yoga and Meditation, Sound and Energy Healing, Polarity Therapy, and Interfaith Ministry, which have shaped my approach to guiding others toward growth and alignment.

With more than two decades of experience, I specialize in helping individuals move from where they are to where they want to be. My coaching focuses on the present and the path forward, whether it’s navigating life transitions, reclaiming health and vitality, or creating balance. I believe in collaboration, working closely with clients to clarify their goals, develop actionable plans, and create meaningful change. My aim is to empower people to live lives that honor their values while nurturing wellness of body, mind, and spirit.

Beyond coaching, I bring my skills to teaching and administrative collaboration. I love facilitating workshops, seminars, and transformational training programs, blending practical tools with spiritual insights. In administrative roles, I focus on supporting efficient systems, assisting communications, and facilitating projects in a team environment.

My professional journey began in fields like Wall Street, real estate, and high-tech development. Though outwardly successful, I often felt something was missing. This sense of incompleteness fueled a personal quest for joy and purpose, leading me to study with gurus and experts from around the world. Through this journey, I discovered that the answers I sought were within me all along, and in finding myself, I found my purpose.

Today, I am deeply committed to inspiring others to live their best lives. Whether through one-on-one coaching, group teaching, or supporting the work of Helix, I bring a global perspective, years of experience, and a passion for personal and collective transformation.
